| 主旨： | 檢送本局委請本市特殊教育學生情緒及行為問題支持資源中心（下稱情支中心）辦理本市115年度「SEL種子教師進階培訓工作坊暨成果發表會」報名表及課程表各1份，請貴校所屬人員踴躍報名，並請准予公假派代出席，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局115年7月14日桃教學字第1150065380號函續辦。 |
| 二、 | 為建立本市教職員的幸福感與專業支持，提升其對社會情緒學習的認同與實踐能力，以達「幸福教育、健康臺灣；幸福學校、師生共好」之目標，爰規劃辦理旨揭研習。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭研習資訊如下： |
| (一) | 名稱：SEL種子教師進階培訓工作坊。 |
| (二) | 時間：115年11月1日（星期日）、11月8日（星期日）、11月21日（星期六），共3天，須全程參與；培訓時間為前揭日期之上午8時40分至下午5時10分，另於116年1月21日（星期四）上午辦理「桃園市SEL進階種子教師成果發表會」。 |
| (三) | 地點：桃園市龍岡國中(桃園市中壢區龍東路147號)。 |
| (四) | 對象：本市SEL種子教師初階培訓工作坊已完訓，且取得證書之高、國、中、小學之校長、行政人員及教師。 |
| 四、 | 報名相關資訊： |
| (一) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 即日起至115年10月21日（星期三）中午12時止，請於線上填寫報名表單：https://reurl.cc/RRyL9n，並同步上傳經核章之報名表件。 |
| ２、 | 另請至桃園市教育發展資源入口網報名，網址：https://reurl.cc/p82Lnx，活動編號：J00013-260800008。 |
| (二) | 本案依實際參與情況核予研習時數，工作人員及研習人員請准予公（差）假登記；參加假日之研習，可於兩年內以公假補休，惟課務請自理。 |
| 五、 | 完訓與領證方式：本工作坊須全程參與18小時研習並完成6小時自主增能任務，符合領證資格者於116年1月21日（星期四）上午參與本市「115年度SEL進階種子教師成果發表會」，並於當日成果分享後，獲頒本市SEL進階種子教師證書。 |
